What do we use your information for?
We use your email to send you special offers and information related to your reservations.
We use other your information to make all necessary travel arrangements under your request.
We may have to disclose your information to other travel service providers to provide you with requested travel services including flight, transfer, accommodations, diving services, insurance, etc. We only disclose minimum necessary information for the purpose of the contract including possible mandatory requirement for security reasons. We will always make our best to act in your interest, but we do so only when you have granted us explicit permission. This is also applicable to everyone in the group you are traveling with.
Your information will be stored in our Insightly CRM, Inseanq booking management application and Gmail email service. Should you like to remove your data after your trip, please contact our Data Protection Officer at email@example.com. Please note that we have some obligations which make some data impossible to remove in full like insurance, government or air company restrictions. This may mean we may not be legally able to remove all your information.

All supplied information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. If we send you payment link your information is encrypted in our trusted payment gateway provider’s system (Stripe.com). It’s arranged in the way that we do not receive or store your credit card information.
However, we cannot guarantee the protection of your information in case of hacking attacks or other force major.
Weekly or less often we send our newsletter containing current best special offers and information related to future trips that are advertised on our websites. If you are not interested in kitesurfing we do not think our newsletter would be interesting for you. For this purpose we use online email marketing tool (Mailchimp.com). You can update your subscription settings or unsubscribe at any time right in the footer of the email.
How to manage your information?
You can always ask a copy of your information that we store and/or request us to correct your information and/or request us to erase your information. Please do it by email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org or send us mail with your request in writing to our post address (see below) and we will respond in the soonest possible time.
